Show's been on a serious roll since episode 11. Also holy shit those Gamagoori/Mako shippers might have been on to something. Spoilers and gripes, for what it's worth Only problem is that I thought this one was billed as, like, this game-changer type of episode. Some huge twist or change in the story was supposed to happen, but it's really just the same-old-same-old. No big revelations, no major shift in the narrative. Nudist Beach finally joins the conflict, and they're as ridiculously awesome as expected, but that's basically it. And even then their interference didn't amount to anything. Not that I'm watching for the story, really, but it would have been nice to see some kind of change. Unless that's supposed to be next episode. In which case... On that note, I feel I'd be getting more out of this story-wise if I were more invested in the whole Ryuko vs. Satsuki dynamic. They're cool characters and all, but once you've seen one rivalry between two anime characters, it's almost like you've seen them all. People ship these two? Ryuuko x Mako OTP and lol that butt destroying scene

I watched the first two Endless Eight episodes and the last 5-6 minutes of the last one. Also finished Railgun, but skipped two filler episodes. Now I need to watch the OVA.

That's actually the only anime-original episode, I believe. The movie should give you a much better sense of closure. Then you can either wait for years until KyoAni does the other six~ light novels, OR you can read them. =D

Maybe if the author starts writing more and another studio animates it instead of KyoAni.
