Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! For once you step through, you become something more than just yourself.

You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

Well, not even going to spoiler Blazblue discussion
- Oh it's the Lambda gag reel
- so much moe I literally have diabetes
Arakune: areyoufrustrated.jpg
- Kokonoe is hilarious.
This was the first anime original part of Blazblue I actually liked better than what was in the games, so of course Kokonoe had to ruin it

literally the worst

But that was in the games, kinda. It's Lambda's gag ending. With the adorable creature and everything. :3

I know, but turning it into interaction with Ragna improved it because we get to see more of his softer side without him being too annoyed (which Noel does; her sniffling always annoys him) and interaction with Lambda nicely sets up for you know what at the end if that still happens.

Yeah, Ragna being tsundere is always great. But yeah, a lot of hnnnng, but... not much else at all. >_>

Yeah, that episode was just pure cute and nothing else, I still enjoyed it though. Lambda <3

Golden time was great as well, just gonna echo what Satty said. I definitely think I'm gonna like this show more than Toradora too. It doesn't have Taiga but I think it's just straight up more well-written.

Not a fan, Dimplemild? I know you said it looked like cliche and overdone crap from the first episode; I take it that hasn't changed much?
That's what I was seeing out of other people, and therefore not necessarily my own opinion. It's certainly not crap.

It's not holding my interest, though.

So can anyone recommend anime that is actually finished to me? I keep finding so many interesting anime but they rarely fully adapt their source material. =( I'll consider pretty much any genre.

I think you're going to have to be more specific.

Anything that fully adapts its source material, not something that gets one or two seasons and then gets abandoned while the manga/light novel continues.

Basically take a look at my entire MAL list. I only ever watch finished series, unless I don't realized it's unfinished going in. I also only watch really short stuff.

Legend of the Legendary Heroes

but seriously, I know this pain so much, cliffhanger endings are the worst.

Also, obligatory Kara no Kyoukai and Rahxephon recommendation.

hello darkness my old friend

Hmm, the Witchblade anime finishes pretty nicely and doesn't leave a big huge gaping cliffhanger~ Though the subject material is pretty odd so eh~

That doesn't really help, especially considering the sheer volume of anime that isn't adapted from a source material.

It'd be nice if you could specify something to narrow it down further. Anything in particular you're looking for?

Those work too. I was just looking through the most popular/top anime on MAL and raged over how the vast majority of them aren't finished.

I didn't really have any particular genres in mind as I like pretty much anything, but I guess romance, slice of life, mystery, thriller, supernatural, fantasy, adventure and harem.

Thanks for the recommendations so far.

Silvandorf, I know that recommending 110 episodes of people talking isn't always the most appropriate strategy.

Nah, I saw it. Hence "I probably don't have what you're looking for." Don't really just want to throw random series at you that I won't have any idea if you'll like or not.

Well, we also don't know what you've seen

so

Puella Magi Madoka Magica
Cowboy Bebop
Eureka Seven
Tokyo Magnitude 8.0
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha

And the one case where I think not covering the full source material was a good thing
