That's some of the worst animation I've seen in years. >Implying Kill la Kill doesn't have some lazy animation as well. I try to look past bad animation as much as I can because some studios simply don't have the budget for top-tier animation anyways. At the end of the day they're both fun to watch and that's more than some shows have to offer so w/e. I'm not watching Kill la Kill so I can't compare but the BB animation gets like, noticeably bad quite a bit as opposed to being one of those things you'd have to carefully look for. It's not bad enough that I'd call it a bad anime overall (there are other reasons to think that if you think so), but yeah.

Kill la Kill has it's bad animation moments but it's easy to overlook because it's usually during not-so-serious parts plus it's lulz makes up for it. Yeah, there are quite a few other reasons to consider Blazblue bad, especially if you haven't played the games at all. I can just imagine people going "wait, what's going on?" or "so who's this character again" if they're being introduced to the series from the anime. Hopefully this will prompt people to get the games as it's a better medium for delivering the story plus it's just a really fun game in general.
