The pacing was a little fast and it probably would've benefited from being split across 2 movies or a 13 ep anime in order to flesh out the characters some more. It's a shame because the BG artwork was absolutely beautiful especially since dat dystopian sci fi/fantasy setting. On a related note, the opening theme was absolutely fantastic, definitely the highlight of the movie. Kokia - Chowa oto

Edit: Just realized everybody's praising Golden Time for having college students as the main cast. While Log Horizon doesn't take place at school, its three main characters are graduate students.

I can dig it, anime needs more characters who've actually finished high school. Looks like just another MMO anime but I'm fine with that if it's actually pulled off well.

Instead I'm going to go ahead and start up Attack on Titan, because I've been seeing fanart and screencaps of it everywhere. Not to mention I'm pretty impressed by the Nightmare Fuel portion of its TV Tropes page. So it's like, how can I pass this up?
