Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! For once you step through, you become something more than just yourself.

You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

The majority of what happens in CT is reset by the timeloops anyway, so most of CT is actually non canon lol

Even if, like Pepperidge Farm, Rachel Alucard remembers.

No that's what I meant, use non-canon timeloops to explore character dynamics and other sides, like the game does.

but the substance didn't really seem to be there.
I think you're watching Kill la Kill for the wrong reasons.

They still might use time loops in the anime, but considering the series probably won't be too long, it'll be difficult for them to pull it off.

So I shouldn't watch it for entertainment and instead watch it from a purely artistic standpoint?

No, you're watching it for the wrong reasons if you're not watching it solely for entertainment.

But I am watching it solely for entertainment.

The first episode just wasn't entertaining.

Yeah, the second episode was definitely more entertaining but the first one was enjoyable as well. Don't be such an entertainment-elitist.

Pffft. Aren't those usually just collectors items for fans of the series? Well you could use them as toys I suppose...

You're taking it too literally. The point is that it's incredibly merchandise-driven. It's just easier and funnier to say "toy commercial."
