Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! For once you step through, you become something more than just yourself.

You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

Peytral is just looking for something to complain about, that's all.

Also, the worst is adaptations that just kinda stop on some random volume like Haruhi, Berserk, Elfen Lied, etc.

No, he's right. His point with adaptions of ongoing series is that you're inevitably going to end up with filler or anime original plotlines because the amine creators have no idea what happens next.

That has nothing to do with watching something when it's still airing.

Yuuuuup. Many a potentially good anime has been ruined by that. Neuro, for one.

I suppose he has a point in that way. Even FMA had a decent amount of filler despite being otherwise pretty good. I'd even go as far as to say FMA did some stuff better than Brotherhood even though Brotherhood > FMA. Generally anime adaptations of ongoing series don't do so well.

I was just looking for a reason to call out Peytral for being Peytral anyways.

Even without context for Peytral's post Draco's response doesn't make any sense to me.

Railgun and FMA are the only two series so far where I've forgiven them for having a considerable amount of original material.

Like Sloth.

Jesus. Sloth in Brotherhood was a terrible character whose only purpose was to give the Armstrongs that awesome fight during the endgame sequence.

Sloth in FMA was [radio edit]ed up.

Yeah, I actually liked FMA and brotherhood fairly evenly. They both did their own thing and were both pretty good.

Yeah, Sloth was definitely disappointing considering 90% of his dialogue was "what a pain." The homunculus in general were much better in FMA, especially Lust and Sloth. In Brotherhood they just come across as villains with a superiority complex outside of Greed so it's hard to have any sympathy for them.

Oh my god Haganai is hilarious. Sena and Yozora fighting each other in that Monster hunter game is top-tier. Also, Sena trying to defend her eroge as "art" and possible hinting at something interesting in the 3rd episode.

That spoiler won't be directly addressed for a while but it'll keep being hinted at.

Good that you can see that everything that Sena does is pretty great (even if a lot of it is because of the conflict she always has with Yozora). Truly a goddess.

Oh look, someone gets past the first episode of haganai and realizes that it is actually a pretty awesome show.

Rika's still the best though.

Genres: Comedy, Ecchi, Romance, School, Harem, Seinen

Can you really blame me for being a little skeptical of the quality of the show?
