I'm on ep 8 of railgun and definitely noticing there is a lot of filler, but it's filler-ish in a good way. I haven't watched Index yet because I heard the anime adaptation isn't too great and the story is mostly unrelated outside of having the same characters. I heard the light novels are excellent though so I may end up reading them sometime.

It didn't really grab me at first but once I started really watching I couldn't stop. The last quarter of it was just great. ~~toradora should take notes~~

Only real issue I have with it is the fact that Nisa, Gust, Cave, or any of the "DLC" characters won't show up. I thought Nisa and Gust played key roles in the game... But oh well.
