Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! For once you step through, you become something more than just yourself.

You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

Actually, it's more like not having any more restaurants in the area that you'd like to try, so you go back to one you enjoyed.

I remember not liking the Penguindrum dub the first time I heard it.

I think it was because I couldn't reconcile Kanba's VA with his character and the fact they say "Survival Tactic".

I've rewatched several animes I've liked. Heck, I've rewatched .hack//SIGN like half a dozen times.

It's fun to catch new things in the anime you like. And even if there are new unwatched animes out there, it's nice to go into an anime knowing for certain that you'll enjoy it. Not that I'd just want to rewatch the same stuff forever, it's just a once-in-a-while kind of thing.

That's like always eating at McDonalds because you like it and refuse to try the restaurant across the street because it isn't McDonalds.

Disgusting.
>Implying Mcdonalds isn't disgusting in the first place.

If one were to go by your logic, then they would be avoiding the food that they enjoy just for the sake of trying new stuff. That's like saying "welp, that was some really great food, time to never go to this restaurant ever again."

I have to agree with Satty, Mawaru is getting progressively more fabulous now. I like Kanba's dub voice but hearing "survival tactic" just doesn't resonate with me either. Also just finished watching Ga-Rei Zero and currently watching Legend of the Legendary Heroes. Ridiculous name aside, LotLH is a pretty good medieval fantasy anime so far. It has it's cliches obviously(what fantasy story doesn't?) but it's rather well done.

To continue the restaurant analogy, it's like enjoying one item on a restaurant's menu and coming back again to see what other good food they have to offer. I like find things that I missed on the first go, or study the structure of the piece, or look for foreshadowing, or relive awesome moments. (I reread books too, and more often, so this is just my general reasons for reading or watching things twice.)

It's like that Mexican restaurant I frequent. I like trying different dishes, but I also love me some burrito, so I tend to order it often, regardless of the fact that had it be for.

Mmm, burrito.

Is Little Busters worth watching if I'm too lazy to play the VN?

It'd be better if you played the VN first, but it's still worth watching, as it's not required to know what happened in the VN. It just makes some of the references even better.

No.

You can trust me because I've never watched it.

Also just finished watching Ga-Rei Zero
So did you like it? If so, you're forced to admit I have great taste in animus.

I enjoyed it. I also list Toradora and To Aru Majutsu no Index as some of my favorite anime, and both were done by J.C. Staff.

Neither of those are VN adaptations, though. I enjoyed them as well, but holy hell, Little Busters was so... empty. It felt like a boring husk D:

I've seen (the first two seasons of) Nodame Cantabile. What about it? *curious*

Examples of J.C. Staff adaptations that don't suck.
