Better budget? Better fits for characters?

As for Kate Higgins, scheduling conflicts meant she couldn't reprise the role for the UBW movie (she was the only change there), so dunno, maybe the same thing again? Either way Kari Wahlgren is a better fit for Saber than Michelle Ruff so I'm okay with this. Also Kirei and Kiritsugu got switched too, though Kiritsugu was always just a cameo and with Jamieson Price doing Rider I can forgive this.
