Spirit Posts: 3,846 Group: Clanless Member #463 Joined: March 27, 2009 Country: #225# True Name: Sacra Theme Song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MtN1YnoL46Q	bear in mind that bakemono is a harem anime. people like it lots because of all the hot and interesting babes. its a good harem anime but its a harem anime all the same, ooh watch durarara you liked baccano didnt you then watch durarara but if its between the two i say steins gate but i got bored of steins gate actually youd probably like natsume yuujinchou theres the first series, then zoku, san and shi. so dont pick the wrong one! but yeah its a kind of josei supernatural drama with some daily life stuff and comedy mixed in its kind of slow and theres not reallly a driving plot line, if that bothers you it just kind of makes me feel relaxed and happy its cool!

Steins has a lot of sci-fi and is considered a Very Solid Series. I've read the Natsume Yuujinchou manga and it's basically a gigantic magnifying glass on Japanese mythology and thoroughly explores the theme of loneliness, which was surprisingly quite enjoyable. Also, if you don't mind melodrama you should check out Chihayafuru because josei card games is serious business. Bakemonogatari is basically as he said: it's a harem anime but with more emphasis on character interaction than, well, harems... if that makes sense. It's written by the same person who did Katanagatari. Also, the official pairing is established first and then wanders off towards Girl/Monster of the Week format.

Fap Note, pretty much. I didn't expect this to actually get better, because at some point it stops being a parody and the drama kicks in. It's only 31 chapters, I suggest you read it sometime. (warning: you will see drawings of manjuice and sex fantasies, so this isn't meant for people who are underage and/or prude as hell)
