Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! For once you step through, you become something more than just yourself.

You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

I think Sacra might've read the VN? You can ask her about it if so.

Even if you end up hating F/SN, if you end up liking Zero, yeah, you should read the F/SN VN.

lol yeah the VN makes it clear that those comments are horrible lies/delusions by Shirou to keep the pretty girl he likes from getting hurt again. In another path, Saber doesn't come out of the Berserker fight badly wounded, and as a result Shirou doesn't say any of those things at all.

Almost done with Katanagatari. Still not entirely sure what I'll watch next. I'm in the mood for josei stuff, though...

I hear that Kuragehime and Usagi Drop are supposed to be pretty good.

Sakamichi no Apollon is certified good, though still airing. Won't finish for another month or so.

Started on a show I've been meaning to watch for a long time: Samurai Champloo. Very anachronistic (Feudal Japan set to hip-hop). Very fun to watch.

Sound the horn and call the cry: "How many of them can we make die?"

I watched the first few episodes of that at one point, but all the ones I could find had audio that wasn't quite synced with the video. Got really annoying, so I stopped. I'll have to find a proper version to watch one of these days.

Once again, Simple's recommendations satisfy completely. <3

I guess I'll try Kuragehime next, since I'd been meaning to watch it anyway. Well, once the feels have subsided.

I loved the music in that series. I don't tend to notice background music all that much, but there was some good stuff.

YES

Samurai Champloo is absolutely fantastic. It's done by the same director as Cowboy Bebop, and is essentially Cowboy Bebop's spiritual successor. I love it so much. <3

Edit: And if you haven't seen Cowboy Bebop, well, why the [radio edit] haven't you seen Cowboy Bebop?

Hey, guys, I'm starting Tsuritama. I haven't really been able to get into any anime lately, but I've only been watching it for a few minutes and I already like it quite a bit. I know a couple of people mentioned liking it earlier...how is the show progressing?

Tsuritama recently remembered that it had a plot. You'll still enjoy the first five episodes, but keep that in mind. I also suggest watching Sakamichi no Apollon alongside Tsuritama because they are similar in premise and serve as good comparison material for each other.

Also, I'm loving Samurai Champloo. Goddamn.

@Bowz: The reason why I haven't watched Cowboy Bebop yet is because immense backlog, and I've started a habit of downloading the series I watch. That shit takes time with my crappy 150kb/s internet.
