The actual conversation/interactions between them are rather boring, except for the mystery that some of them hint towards, and the things that ep 10 reveals to have had subtext.

Though, like Ninja said, a rewatch/recalling of certain reactions of Homura's after episode 10 fleshes out the subtext a bit (lines such as "I'll never forget you" after Mami goes through episode 3). Sayaka and Kyoko actually have different conversations about various things, and Kyoko develops through them as Sayaka deteriorates.
