There's been a challenge issued that the first person to label each character in the image with a number, then give the name to each number on a separate image, will win a free print of this image, plus Ethan will "hook you up" with something if you meet him at a convention. If nobody succeeds in a week then whoever gets the most right wins instead. I have absolutely nothing to do tomorrow through Tuesday besides buy books for next semester, so I'm tempted to try it.

What I'm gonna do, since there are some I already don't recognize (who is that baby with the parachute-like bonnet?), is read through the whole comic, and write down every named character or group of characters, then number the picture and match it all up. EDIT: Oh, one thing that someone could do for me that would be awesome--there was a female asian character he included in one episode, I believe she was one of the super heroes imprisoned on the Zombie World? She wasn't named in the actual comic but she was named in the blog entry he wrote for that episode. If someone would find that name for me it would be awesome. Nevermind, found her name was Keisha by reading the comments on that particular comic. SECOND EDIT: Oh, the baby was using a parachute blanket, and it was one of the Baby Bobble Heads that fought the Sand People.
