What're your favourite tactical games? Mine would have to be Nine Men's Morris and FFTA. |

I'm a fan of FFTA2, not for the tactics, but for the process of becoming more and more Godly with every battle. FE7 would be my favorite. Just difficult enough to be incredibly challenging, just easy enough that I can juuuuust barely make it. |

Sound the horn and call the cry: "How many of them can we make die?"

But anyways, pretty much any Advance Wars, Fire Emblem, FFT[A(2)], Yggdra Union.... I could keep going, if I felt like it. But I don't. |

Advance Wars, Fire Emblem, Super Robot Taisen, Yggdra Union, Final Fantasy Tactics... I'd have to go with either Advance Wars or Yggdra Union. |

FE 6-8, FFTA, Advance Wars to an extent, but I just don't find it as interesting as the others. I'll play it, but eventually get bored and move on to something else. Also, Age of Empires. Such a good game. My whole family (barring my mum) plays this game. We all play Age of Conquerors, and play epic games over the LAN connection. Also, a really great board game called Diplomacy. You take control of one of 7 western European countries during the WWI era, and make alliances with the other players, with the eventual goal being to own half of the game board. It's a ridiculously fun game to play, because you can get really into it. The only problem is, nobody ever wants to play with me. Luckily there's a Facebook application for it now. |

I'm extremely fond of Starcraft and Warcraft 3, as well as the original Command and Conquer and the first two Red Alerts. Oh, and Empire at War. I'm very fond of the RTS genre, really, and should really go looking for another game to get me into it since Red Alert 3 fell short to me. For turn based strategy, I'm especially fond of the Fire Emblem games, the Final Fantasy Tactics games, and the Super Robot Taisen series. There's a smattering of others that I've enjoyed, too... most N1 games, Stella Deus, Shining Force, and similar games. I'm a sucker for both genres. But you can't go wrong with chess, honestly. |

Disgaea 3, Disgaea 2, Disgaea 1, Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy Tactics, Metal Gear Solid 4. Also, you really can't go wrong with Chess, or Go. |
