This game has been out for years. It's only now just being released here. This puts us at a serious disadvantage behind all the Japanese people that have been playing all that time. And even if that doesn't come into play due to new servers or whatever, so what? It's an MMO. Aside from WoW, most of them are simple generic cash-ins and end up pretty crap. SMT may have my soul, but I doubt I'll be trying this one for too long. |

All MMOs AFAIK are generic grindfests. If they made a Tales MMO I'd play it for the ability to fight like in Smash bros in an MMO... but we all know they'd somehow make it into a generic grindfest instead. This is because generic grindfests make the most money. |

There is a Tales MMO. It has a similar battle system to the series but is, for the most part, the old fashioned grindfest idea. And it's exclusively Japanese. But then, so was SMT Onlne here. Eh. I'll probably still try it, just like I try most games. And just like most MMOs, it'll be gone from my computer after no more than three hours, I wager. |
