Enjoyed a game? Wanted to see him in brawl, Nintendo related or not? Well, in here you can post up your own character! Things will just be kept simple. You'll see what I mean: Template: Name: The character's name. Entrance: How s/he come in. Appearance: How does s/he look? Game: What game did s/he first appear in? Physical 'Weapon': How does the brawler physically attack? ie, Ikes sword, Wolfs claws, etc. Standard Special: Their Standard Special Attack. (%) Up Special: Their up special attack. (%) Side Special: Their side special attack. (%) Down Special: They down special attack. (%) Final Smash: Their final smash. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name: Sora Entrance: A keyhole appears, Sora walks through it, and it disappears. Appearance: http://www.freewebs.com/roxas678/Sora%20KH2.jpg Game: Kingdom Hearts Physical 'Weapon': Keyblade (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y135/KingdomH2/kh/KH2KeybladeCollage.jpg - the first one there) Standard Special: Strike Raid - Hurls a blue disc forwards. This disk can be controlled like Pits arrows. (10%) Up Special: Retaliating Slash - Moves upwards the same distance as he would a normal jump. He slashes in all directions the whole time. (5% each slash) Side Special: Sonic Rave - Dashes forwards, thrusting with the keyblade while he moves. (12%) Down Special: Guard - Puts his keyblade in front of him in a guarding motion. Enemies who attack him are stunned. (0%) Final Smash: Final Form: Sora's look changes (http://www.khextreme.co.uk/media/png/Final_Form_Render.png) he gains another keyblade, his attack rage increases, he becomes faster and glides along the ground, and he becomes stronger. His Special attacks also change to: Standard Special: Ultima - Creates a swirling ball of energy which hurts all nearby enemies (7%) Up Special: Ragnarock - Jumps in the air, slashing wildly. At the end Sora shoots out several balls of energy which home in on opponents (5% each shlash, about 7% each ball) Side Special: Break - Sora jumps forwards, slashing wildly. (5% each slash). Down Special: Major Drive - Hurls 50 or so small balls at your opponent. Only 10 will normally hit one person (1% for every ball). for about half a minute. |

I've made plenty of these in my time. Some include Fou-Lu, Isaac, Zero, and a bunch of originals. Since I don't feel up to replicating those with the time alloted me, I'm just going to make an original off the top of my head, inspired by my WoW character. Originals are okay, right? Name: Kalayra Entrance: She'll drop down out of the sky in a crouch and draw her daggers. Appearance: Elf woman, dressed in black and red light armour that covers up most of the skin save her head. Has long orange hair and bright green eyes. Tends to move low to the ground like a stereotypical ninja and always looks alert and combat ready. Game: Delfeir-created character from World of Warcraft Stats; Physical Power: Above Average Special Power: Below Average Ground Movement: Very fast Aerial Movement: Slow, short distance/height Reach: Very low Knockback: Low on all non-Smash attacks. Synopsis: Kalayra plays a lot like Sonic - fast and mobile, able to combo well, and can build up damage fast. Unlike Sonic, she has a poor aerial game but does more damage than him on the ground. Finds it difficult to KO someone, Smash attacks are key. Physical 'Weapon': Two daggers, as well as other close combat moves. Standard Special: Sunstrike- Readies her crossbow and fires. Can be charged for extra damage, though the range remains constant. Has a slight cooldown between uses. (10-15%) Up Special: Fury- Kalayra yells and leaps upwards, her blades wreathed in fire as she rises up (slightly diagonally) and strikes whoever is in her path multiple times. Does more damage if caught in the first part, but more knockback for the last. Similar to Roy's Up Special from Melee. (6-3-3-5%) Side Special: Blitz- Kalayra readies herself for half a second before charging forward, damaging all in her path. Similar to Fox's Side Special, though has a longer charge up for more damage. Acts as a Meteor attack in the air. (12%) Down Special: Mana Tap- Drains mana from an attack or from an opponent. Short range, nullifies energy attacks and restores damage equal to (10%) Final Smash: Kalayra summons in her Netherdrake, Argilla, which she flies around on. Argilla will breathe flames in her path and will damage those she touches, particularly if struck by her wings. Kalayra is immune to damage, although it can still be dealt to Argilla, who will flee faster after enough damage has been dealt (higher priority than most physical attacks though). Lasts about 30 seconds without damage, down to 15 seconds if you really wail on her. Contact with Argilla does 10%, the wings 15%, and the flames 20%. Taunts; Up: Kalayra points forward and says "For the Netherflight!" Side: Kalayra twirls her daggers in her hands before stancing again. Down: Kalayra crouches down for a moment, quietly saying "Watch me, Atreka..." I love topics like these. They're usually pretty fun. Anyway, that's my Blood Elf Hunter from WoW, who is more ninja than anything. Fun to play, more fun to RP. |

HOW has this not been done? Inb4kraden and Wheatswords Name: Isaac (son of Kyle) Entrance: Whirlwind of multicoloured lights spin in and he spins out (like Link's only flashier) - Teleport or Retreat psyenergy Appearance: Isaac. Duh. Felix alt costume, replete with deeper voice. Game: Golden Sun Weapon of Choice: GS and TLA references! Ok, his smashes are. When using all of them, he'll actually hold the associate item in his hand. USmash: Lift - the hands rise up and clap over his head. He hold the lift gem. Minimum 16 % DSmash: Casts Pound. White fist in front of him. It won't drive people into the earth. His slowest smash, up there with D3's Fsmash in terms of frames. Min 23%, can launch people horizontally Fsmash: Force, a projectile smash (short range, about there with Force Palm, it loses priorty as it goes.) Starts high at 19, but at the end it deals as little as 3% Standard Special: Quake, he punches the ground to do it for emphasis. IF you hold B, Isaac will charge it into Earthquake, which raises four pillars two on each side of him, then quake's two, all the way up Quake Sphere, which raises 6 Pillars, then Four, then two. QS is a powerful combo, but you can't EG with it. USpecial: Planet Diver - Launches all the way to the top (e.g magnifying glass) and dives back down. The upwards portion deals no damage but has Super Armour (for all like, 8 frames of it, 6 of which you probably can't even hit), you can interrupt the downwards portion. This gives Isaac infinite vertical recovery. You can angle it like a Warp star, but not by nearly as much. Side Special: Ragnarok. Comes in at a 45 degree angle and can hit obstacles. (similar to Pika's thunder in that regard) A three hit combo that launches up and back. Down Special: Djinni. Unleashes Flint (21%), Sap (12% + Drain) and Bane (13% + Adds a flower) in that order, then repeat. Low lag, save for flint, which telegraphs. FS: Judgement. He rises into the sky and calls gold armor around him, then descends into the BG (like Palutena) and fires off a massive fireball which hurls the ground up in huge chunks, damaging everyone. Actually kinda sucky but cool, since you can dodge a lot of it. It's like a big off wave basically. Taunt up: Whirls his sword around in front of him once before reseathing it. Taunt left/right: The game makes the GS "Yes" noise and he nods his head. Taunt down: A djinni spirals up around him while he makes a dramatic pose of some kind. I'm thinkin' Kamen rider. He's a mid-upper tier character due to his disjoined hitboxes (smashes), fast tilts, non absorbable projectile and medium weight (lol I dunno what his real tier would be). His drawback is his terrible horizontal recovery, weaker than average air game (yeah F-air is a projectile spike. Too bad it takes forever). More often than not he'll KO himself by being too far away for PD to recover him. |

ANDY! Like Ness and Lucas, Andy borrows attacks from other CO specialties. Because his healing CO power may be considered cheap. Standard and jabbing attacks: Hits with wrenches. Continues jabbing until opponent escapes or he stops using it. Forward tilt: Slaps with a wrench once. Causes a decent amount of Knockback but not a reliable killing move. Up Tilt: hits with his wrench from back to up to back. Sort of like Lucario's up tilt. Down Tilt: uses his wrench like a sledge hammer. Looks like he is trying to kill a spider the way he raises his wrench in the opening attack. Up special: Sensei's parachute. Works like G&W's up special. Can attack out of it. Gimpable though but give a good horizontal and vertical recovery. Standard special: Projectile. This projectile hurts the farther away it hits. Borrows Grits special ability. Side Special: Down Special: Aerial Attacks: May be borrowed form Eagle's specialties, whose specialty is aerial units. Fair: Shoots projectiles like a copter. Doesn't kill. The projectiles are short ranged anyway. Feels more like Charizard's fair. Dair: shoots Projectiles like a bomber downward. Much stronger. Also not far ranged like a real projectile but can spike. Bair: Swings his wrench backwards Uair: Swings his wrench upwards Nair: For smashes, he uses both of his wrenches. (with tilts he only uses one with his strong hand. Let's make him a lefty for those )Up Smash: Hits with his wrenches upwards. Not like the up tilt. Raises his wrenches very fast upward . Forward smash: Hits twice with each wrench. Second Wrench hitting causes the knock back and determines if it will kill. He spins around with the wrenches. Think of Diddy Kong's forward smash. Down Smash: Final Smash: Rachel's rockets. Three rockets launch on the stage. Like in the AW game where the Rockets go for the areas with the most units, These rockets will try to aim for where the opponents are most concentrated. On a one vs. one it is more random. Will try to fill in the rest of the attacks. Andy's unique ability is that his attacks may be weaker or stronger, like the luck system of Flak and Jugger in the AW games. |

I made Felix before on another forum. Let me dig him up. EDIT: Found him. Name: Felix Entrance: The earth rises, and he appears behind it as it falls. Appearance: ... Felix Game: Golden Sun Physical 'Weapon': A red sword. His side smash sends a giant fireball to the side, his up one up above, and his down one down below (Sol Blade, anyone?) Moves Standard Special: Spire: He summons a pillar or Earth to attack opponents (10%) Side Special: Oddysey: Summons three Psynergetical blades which attack an opponent (10% for first two, 20% for third. Attack isn't homing) Up Special: Growth: Summons a vine to grow for him, this vine alows him to grab onto platforms and save himself (grappling). Down Special: Briar: Summons spiked vines to protect him. Deals 5% damage to anyone who physically touches them. Final Smash: Judgement: Summons a knight of the apocalypse. This thing sends one beam which gyrates over the field. Weakest on fields with multiple platforms. The knight appears right above Felix. After use, Felix does 5% more damage for each of his special attacks for the rest of the match. |

Thanks to the original-character precedent set by Delfeir... Name: Kent H. Entrance: Space warps and distorts, with Kent stepping out of an apparent wormhole mouth Appearance: Tall, light-brown-haired man wearing a fedora and a leather coat. He is apparently unarmed. His forehead glows softly when he attacks or uses his specials. Game: Broken Infinity Weapons of Choice: Kent will usually manifest a glowing blade of psionic force for his melee attacks, but his Smash attacks emit a short-range wave of spatial distortion. Standard Special: Inertial Buffer - A defensive move which increases Kent's inertia without reducing his speed and reduces damage taken. Holding B charges up and makes the buff last longer. While buffed, Kent is coated in a shimmering white aura. Side Special: Soulfire - Similar to Samus's missiles, this special has two different forms depending on whether you hold or tap the analog stick. The former creates a sphere which can be controlled by holding down B (similar to Zelda's side-B ) and which will home in on foes to a limited extent when the button is released, while the latter produces an intense beam similar to ROB's laser. In either case, the move has very low knockback and is almost impossible to kill enemies with. Affected foes are covered in golden-red flame and take damage for a short time. Down Special: Kinetic Inversion - Kent is surrounded by a shimmering blue sphere and takes steady damage while within. Any melee attack is reflected upon the attacker at its original strength, as opposed to the flat damage of most other "counters." Ranged attacks are also reflected. Up Special: Wormhole - Kent stops in midair while space distorts around him, damaging nearby opponents - essentially like Fox's fire move. He then vanishes through a wormhole and then reappears in a direction determined by the analog stick, similar to Shiek/Zelda's warping moves, also damaging enemies with his reappearance. The wormhole remains open momentarily and other characters can follow him through it by tapping Up if they're quick enough. Final Smash: Slaying the Cosmos - A very nerfed version of Kent's greatest power, but still absolutely devastating. Kent's body rises into the air and is surrounded by a shining sigil, which shatters as his body seems to dissolve into the background. Space distorts and a black rip is torn in the center of the distortion. The center of the rift can be controlled with the analog stick, moving freely through the air and through obstacles. Compared to other such moves (Volt Tackle, for instance), the rip is slower but leaves a medium-length trail of torn space behind it and sucks nearby foes towards it. Opponents caught in the distortion around the rift take damage, while those sucked into the black rip itself take very large amounts of damage and are hurled away when they leave. When the FS ends, the rift closes and Kent reappears, stepping out from a wormhole. Play style: Kent is a very unusual character - a slow-moving lightweight with a primarily defensive play style and severe difficulty in finishing off foes. Without his Inertial Buffer, he goes flying fairly easily and should try to stay out of melees. His attacks are faster than his movement, however, and are pretty devastating for a lightweight. Ideally, you'd have Inertial Buffer on constantly, but this is impractical and isn't as useful when you've not got much damage on you; instead, concentrate on sniping foes with Soulfire until you've about 50% damage on you, then play defensively - ie., keep Inertial Buffer on as much as possible and try to reflect what would be a killing blow back on your attacker(s) with a well-timed Kinetic Inversion. KI telegraphs more than most other counters but can be pulled off successfully. If forced to engage in melee, try to do so on the ground, where Kent's psionic blades can do their damage surprisingly quickly. To finish off enemies, however, you'll need to primarily rely on Kent's charged Smash attacks - or better yet, reflect their own hard-hitting blows. Of course, if you get a Smash Ball, all bets are off, as Slaying the Cosmos is gawdly. In team play, Kent is best paired with a character who can dish out strong knockbacks and cover him in melee; Kent's Soulfire can snipe opponents from afar while his Kinetic Inversion takes care of their projectiles, racking up enough damage for his teammate to finish them off. Analysis: Kent is very difficult to play effectively and will be low- to medium-tier for novice players, but once a skilled player has gotten used to his unique style he's top-tier. It's also difficult for a novice player to fight a Kent-user, as exploiting his weaknesses require some familiarity with his play style - withdrawing from combat when he puts up a KI to let him damage himself, following through his Wormhole to take advantage of his poor aerial combat, and the like. Overall, unique and powerful without being broken. Comments? |

Now THIS is a topic I can love! ![]() Name: Black Shadow Entrance: Same as Captain Falcon, but out of the Black Bull Appearance: In his F-Zero GX incarnation here Game: F-Zero X Physical 'Weapon': Big strong arms, fights like Melee Ganondorf Standard Special: Black Punch: Is like SSBM Ganondorf's Warlock Punch (25%) Up Special: Bison Wing: Is like SSBM Ganondorf's Dark Dive (15%) Side Special: Bull Charge: Is like SSBM Ganondorf's Gerudo Dragon, but the target always spikes downward. If the target is on the ground, he gets buried like DK's headbutt (12%) Down Special: Devil Kick: Is like SSBM Ganondorf's Wizard's Foot. (15%) Final Smash: Black Bull: Is just like Captain Falcon's Blue Falcon final smash, but with Black Shadow in his Black Bull instead. The big idea here is that in SSBM Ganondorf was a clone of SSBM Captain Falcon in movements and moves, but not in weight/speed/power, making him play much differently. And in SSBB Ganondorf is much different from what he used to be. So, Black Shadow being just like SSBM Ganondorf would feel different enough from SSBB Ganondorf AND SSBB Captain Falcon to qualify as a character. And who's better as a heavy clone of Captain Falcon than someone from his own universe? =D |

Actually, Isaac was an extremely popular choice for a playable character in Brawl. The fact that he was made an AT shows that at least they're paying attention. If and when Smash Bros 4 is made, Isaac will likely be a bigger contender this time around. Of course, a third Golden Sun game would really drive the point home, but we can but dream for that. |

Meh, this is all I've got for now. B Move: Sprays bubbles in front of self until they weaken. (Like Bowser's fire, but way faster) Final Smash: Pulls out a NDS and performs swipes across the screen. Can either build damage up with back and forth movements or knock foes away with one great swipe. I'll think up the rest later. |

I'll just do some things now. B: Ice Buster-Shoots a beam of ice foward. Can be charged. Up B: Kuuenzan-Jumps into the air and spins with the axe in front of him. Basically, Zero's rolling air slash, or Tempest, for you Tales fans. Side B: Hand Axe-Throw's the axe like a hand axe in FE. If I take damage, the axe will just appear back in my hand again. Down B: Black Ice-Drops a block of black ice in front. May freeze the opponent. Final Smash: Fimbulvetr-Snow and ice covers the entire stage, freezing all opponents. Then, the ice explodes, probably KO'ing everyone. Before anybody calls this hax, is it really as broken as Super Sonic? EDIT: Dodge the Final Smash by jumping <.< |
