How about any Brawl or Melee stage, 3 stock, all items on low, single elimination, one playing acting as referee, no limitation of characters?

I'll accept that. One problem I discovered with referees. I main Pokemon Trainer and every second of time is precious for the Pokemon as they have stamina. Waiting for the referee to kill off all stocks is gonna put a little disadvantage for PT. Will all the players agree that as soon as the referee is out of the match, PT can Pokemon change right away for a fresh stamina start? No attacking the Pokemon right away. Wait a few moments until PT is not vulnerable and let the fight begin. |

So, what, 2 seconds should be enough. And whatever stage you guys play on, please, please, please, please not Spear Pillar. Whenever it flips, I just die, period. And I hate that. Sure, I can take getting knocked out by a random hit on a Bob-omb or the purple small bomb, but come now, that kind of death is unnecessary. Not to mention it's more likely to give a point to some random player than for it to count as a suicide. |

We are using stocks. No one steals any kills. This is why I hate With Anyone. It is only timed matches. I work hard to inflict damage but could barely kill. Meanwhile another player just steals my kill. Just today I was playing as Pikachu, Snake KOed Samus with a foward smash but I managed to hit her with a thunder jolt just before she flew off the stage. And guess who got the point? Thank goodness friendcodes give the option for stocks. |

Perfect. And I also call for all items on high, and a really random and fun stage(like WarioWare) |

Draco's rules are items on low. I do want to show off a little fighting skill. Not just items. Stupid Olimar I fought yesterday. It was one on one, Warp stars, hammers, smart bombs on [radio edit] high. And guess who kept luckily having them spawned at a convinient location? Sadly I thought it would be an epic tether only recovery character fight as I was using Ivysaur at that point. Grrr. Maybe for a unrelated challenge we will do the items on high at Wario Ware. But not in this tourney. I am already willing to accept hammers and deku nuts for it. I don't need to see them spawn at every second. And guess who also learned to fight with reversed controls? They don't really bother me. Shadow, I thought you didn't have wifi. |

I don't, but it feels good to participate just a bit. Most things aren't really that tantalizing for me unless it's something like water when I'm dehydrated or something. Wait, I use my Internet on a wireless modem. Would that be suitable for a Wifi connection? |

My Wifi is pretty shaky, but I got it connected today, so I should be able to get into this. ...Is it acceptable if I pick Random for my character? <_< |

I'm sure it doesn't matter, Kiki, play with what you feel is most comfortable. |

So, here are people who would apparently be able to play a tournament in the next couple days. This isn't counting the people who don't get the game until a few days from now. Depending on when we get this off the ground, the lineup could change. Also, we need to figure out time differences and whatnot. (The more I think about it, the more it boggles my mind!) Any thoughts? Kiki Bowser Princek Joe Shadow Swim Draco Proposed rules: Any Brawl or Melee stage, 3 stock, all items on low, single elimination, one player (Lin) acting as referee, no limitation of characters, no Wavebird controllers. (We've discovered that Wavebirds cause lag.)
