Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! For once you step through, you become something more than just yourself.

You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

Check out my spicy wasabi beats

I don't know latin, but the main theme for brawl is in latin. Also, after finally beating it, and seeing the translated lyrics to the theme, I'm quite impressed with nintendo for coming up with this song, it fits perfectly with brawl.

So, here they are if you haven't seen them yet or if you want to reference to them:

Audi famam illius.
あの人の噂を聞いたことがある
I have heard of his rumor.

Solus in hostes ruit
たった一人で敵陣に舞い込み
He alone rushed into his enemies

et patriam servavit.
故郷を救ったとか
and saved his homeland.

Audi famam illius.
あの人の噂を聞いたことがある
I have heard of his rumor.

Cucurrit quaeque tetigit destruens.
地を駆け 触れるもの全てを砕いてまわったとか
He ran across the lands and everything he touched was destroyed.

Audi famam illius.
あの人の噂を聞いたことがある
I have heard of his rumor.

Audi famam illius.
あの人の噂を聞いたことがある
I have heard of his rumor.

Spes omnibus,mihi quoque.
皆のあこがれだった 自分にとってもそうだった
He gave everyone hope, as he gave me.

Terror omnibus,mihi quoque.
皆に恐れられていた 自分にとってもそうだった
He gave everyone fear, as he gave me.

Ille
その人はいま
He is now

iuxta me.
私の隣にいる
next to me.

Ille iuxta me.
その人がいま 私の隣にいる
He is now next to me.

Socii sunt mihi.
今は仲間がいる
My allies are with me.

qui olim viri fortes
かつては英雄だった
My allies, who were once heroes

rivalesque erant.
宿敵だった仲間たちがいる
and old enemies, are here.

Saeve certando pugnandoque
激しく競い合い 戦い合いながらも
As they fiercely competed and battled

sprendor crescit.
輝きを増していく
their splendor grew.

yeah, I read the lyrics during the ending and was shocked by how the song perfectly fits the story at the end. Epic win much?

I have to say, though, I remember a different translation that they used on the ending than what was given there...

I mean, the meaning is the same, just different words and all.

Yeah, Ryu, those are the wrong lyrics. XD I think someone translated directly from Japanese, instead of what the English version gave us.

I’ve heard legends of that person
How he plunged into enemy territory
How he saved his homeland

I’ve heard legends of that person
How he traveled the breadth of the land, reducing all he touched to rubble

I’ve heard legends of that person
I’ve heard legends of that person

Revered by many—I too, revere him
Feared by many—I too, fear him

Now, that person
Stands at my side

Now that person stands at my side

Now my friends are with me
Some of them were once heroes
Some, my mortal enemies

And as we face each other in battle, locked in combat
We shine ever brighter

The lines match up with what was shown above, IE: The first line matches the first line of the song. This was taken directly from the ending credits of SSE.

Besides, it wasn't Nintendo failing at translating, it was the fans that translated it out via the Japanese. I saw those lyrics over at Brawl Central a few weeks back.

Again, as I said, the words may be different, but the general meaning and context are the same.

Yeah, that's what I meant by translation issues. XD Nintendo's translation is awesome - and yeah, that's the right one, Samus. It sounds uber-epic.
