Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! For once you step through, you become something more than just yourself.

You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

So? Nintendo has decided that certain online parts of some games need subscription fees. After all, it is their stuff. They're nice enough to let you use Wi-Fi free, unlike Microsoft, and XBoxLive. Some is free, and some isn't. Nintendo is making money, as they are wont to do.

"OH NO! NOW I'LL HAVE TO PAY TO PLAY AN ONLINE GAME! WAH!!! WAH!!!!!!"

Think of it as Nintendo's answer to Xbox Live. Geez.

Man, that's too bad. But it could be worse. At least they can't do that for DS.

I'd think there'd be a riot or something. Loads of people in the UK love the DS. Paying would...actually, I'm not going to finish that sentence. XD

Same with me. I don't get pocket money. ;_; But my mum buys games for me once every while. :)
And to you edited post, everywhere. Nintendo wouldn't limit it to just one continent. (Although they hate Europe...>_>)

It's most likely only for MMORPGs and the like; therefore, it points that Nintendo will be embracing more of the RPG world than in the past, as Wii has already pointed towards.

I'd say this is probably a good thing, but not if it's pay for services that are basically identical to what is already available. Really, it depends on what these services are.

Plus, there's already paying to buy older console games, so this isn't that much more of a stretch, is it?

Yeah, if it's for MMORPGs, then it makes sense/is acceptable to have to play. But if it's something like a 50 cent fee to have an online match in Brawl, people will not be amused >_>

*will not be amused*

uh oh

I doubt they're gonna do that for Brawl; it would kinda discourage the upcoming Smash tournament(s) for it. >_>

They DID hint Animal Crossing for Wii is gonna be a MMO. Doubtful for Brawl, seeing how Japan have it.

Yeah, that makes sense. If the Japanese don't have to pay to Brawl online, we shouldn't either.

Regardless, it won't affect me until *shudder* I get a Wii. *Gasp!*

*Gasp!*

*Gasp!*

*Gasp!*

*Gasp!*

But it's so expensive to play with a Wii...

And my little brother would want to play with my Wii at home, so I wouldn't be able to bring my Wii to school...

Thus I don't have a Wii.

Yet.

It is quite surely not going to affect Brawl. They don't have the time to implement such a thing given as its already out in one part of the world and will be out in more in about 2 weeks.

Otherwise, I'm rather impressed it took this long. I wonder if this is an alternative to Friend Codes.
