The novels are more detailed, but seeing the characters animated just makes the craziness more fun. I went on a fan fiction kick for the series. There's some good stuff.

Since The Vanishing of Nagato Yuki-chan is officially licensed now, the fansubbers have dropped it. ;_; So now I have to wait until Feb 18th to find out what happens next. I suppose this isn't a bad thing, I would've bought it in-store, but I wasn't sure how good it will be -- so I wanted to read it online first. The answer was "not very good," but really cute and sappy, basically romcom fluff. So I'll probably just buy the new one/what I haven't read. >.> It's still adorable, though. diabeetus ~ I also have Haruhi light novel 10 pre-ordered. I HAVE WAITED SIX YEARS FOR THIS MOMENT. ~ Draco, have you watched the movie yet?

Spoilers for the Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya It's the timeline not chosen by Kyon in the movie/that arc, whereby he chooses to live a normal life with Yuki in the bookclub.
