Temple of Kraden News: Welcome to the Temple of Kraden! ------ All worshipers may enter the Most Holy Place in single file, reflecting on the bountiful blessing Kraden hath provided unto him or herself since their last visit. Head coverings are not necessary, as true penitence and humility are found within. The Priests and Priestesses of Kraden endeavor to remind all that fresh orange juice is heavily preferred; only whores use frozen.
Greetings, heathen. Perhaps some fortuitous blessing of Kraden's grace hath led you to our humble Temple, or perhaps you are simply curious about this strange and wonderful cult. Should you be willing - and dare to hope - to achieve enlightenment, the door opens before you. Lo! Leave your old life behind! You become a Kradenette.

Are you willing to make the rapturous plunge? Do you have what it takes?

You know you're from Pittsburgh when...

You don't see what all the hype is about Disney World when Kennywood is just around the corner.

"N at' " is eloquently added to the end of every sentence.

You know that the fireworks from the Three Rivers Regatta are the best when you can see the reflections they make off the PPG building.

You have a taste bud for Smiley Cookies.

Words like: hoagie; chipped ham; pop; and gumband actually mean something to you.

You will defend with your life that it's called pop and not soda.

You often go down to the "crick".

You bleed black and gold...

You wake up to KDKA.

You go 'food shoppin' at 'Jine Iggle'.

You've taken deliberate field trips to the Andy Warhol museum and the Carnegie Science Center.

You're more worried about Big Ben's health than your own.

You own more than one original Terrible Towel.

You're 35 years old, have never been outside of Allegheny County, and don't see the need to leave.

You only own four spices: salt, pepper, Heinz ketchup, and the bottle of Trappey's Red Devil you swiped from Primanti's.

You've ridden the two oldest surviving inclines in the world.

For the life of you, you can't understand why your all your out-of-town friends don't get the "fries and cole slaw" thing...

You walk carefully when it is "slippy" outside.

You've ever gotten hurt by falling into a "jaggerbush".

You know that Ahia is a river, a boulevard, and a state.

You hate Cleveland, although you've never been there.

You know which of the three rivers is the dirtiest! hmmm...i wonder?!

You'll still scream for Tony Womack and Jason Kendall even though they left for better teams.

You had a tradition of going to the PPG to see the Santa Claus display every winter.

You remember riding the T to Grant street and walk to the Candy Rama to get some sweets...

You know the "Strip District" isn't really at all what the name intends...

Well I'm not in Hershey. I'm like 20-30 minutes away, depending on traffic and how fast I drive. And it's like 2-2 1/2 hours? Maybe? I don't remember. It's been a long time since I've been to the "Burgh." So I'm not sure how accurate my estimates are anymore.

You can spell Roethlisberger correctly, even while highly intoxicated.

I can't but, because he's from the Toledo area, a lot of people are big fans of him.

I had to learn them for some reason in seventh grade in Ohio history class.

Everyone loves the Toledo Zoo and the Toledo Museum of Art!

Your local Dairy Queen is closed from November through March.

Here, there's not a lot of DQs, but rather a bunch of family owned ice cream shops, and they mostly close during the winter.

I think that a vampire movie was made in Pittsburg. It is a dozen or so years old. The vampire's eyes glowed and she was some kind of extraterrestrial.

Was part of the ground hog movie made in Pittsburg?
